1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is missing items.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of soldering, modification, or physical damage.
  • Consumable items such as batteries, LEDs, resistors, jumper wires, and other low-cost electronic components.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
  • Custom-made project kits or assembled projects unless damaged during transit.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Replacements

We offer free replacements if:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and should include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Take photos before opening the package.
  • Record an unboxing video.
  • Contact us immediately.
  • Claims without an unboxing video may be difficult to verify.

7. DIY Kits & Electronics Disclaimer

DIY kits and electronic components require proper handling and technical knowledge.

RoboEssentials is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect connections
  • Reverse polarity
  • Short circuits
  • Improper voltage supply
  • Programming errors
  • User modifications
  • Please follow the provided instructions carefully.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if there is any issue. We recommend recording an unboxing video for all deliveries, as it helps us process replacement or damage claims quickly.
